The mythical Monte San Lorenzo , is the third highest mountain in Patagonia. Located in the Southern part of Northern Ice Field, being a limit with Argentina, this impressive mountain stands out for the beauty of its route, for its unique landscape that allows to see the summit on a clear day, Mount St. Valentine, the legendary Fitz Roy, the arid pampa Argentina, etc. Surrounded by three magnificent glaciers, spectacular lakes, beautiful rivers and a thousand year old Patagonian forest, allows whit no doubts involved the mountanist as only Patagonia does.

The San Lorenzo, without being a high mountain, is undoubtedly a great challenge, either by the inclement weather or the difficulty of their route, this is why it is only recommended for people with a high degree of experience in the operation with crampons, the use of ice axe, in a crossing  glacier and camp on snow to make this trip a great and safe adventure.
