This giant located in the heart of the Atacama Desert is the third highest summit in Chile. It can be considered a real archaeological museum at altitude, since at its 6700m + summit, one can find Inca ruins that are considered the highest constructions that man has built in human history! In addition to this, a scientific expedition in 1999 to this same site discovered 3 mummies of many centuries ago in an excellent state of preservation.
Of equal magnitude is the experience of the acclimatization trek to the great volcano. This spectacular walk journeys along canyons that are filled with vegetation and ruins of ancient cultures; we will also be able to relax in warm water rivers, climb a volcano over 5800m, as well as sleep a few nights in the cosmopolitan town San Pedro de Atacama.

This is, without any doubt a journey through the history of this continent.
